Dear Paul,
Thanks you so much for everything you did last week to make our party such a success. The food was fabulous from start to finish: we especially liked the crème catalana and the aubergines and the chick pea starters. Everyone loved the paellas and it was wonderful seeing it being prepared outside in front of us all. I think the style of the food really added to the atmosphere of the evening, so thank you very much. I know that everyone was hoping you would be able to travel north/south and cater for them – I think they would be happy to pay more!!
Very good luck as your business continues to grow and I know that we’ll be in touch again for another paella feast in the future.

 Paul cooked a meal for about 20 people in our house - some food was ready prepared, but the paella was cooked outside on a gas burner while we had a drink or two. Both paellas - 1 veggie - were terrific; there was absolutely loads of food. There was a selection of excellent starters and Paul also provided an absolutely delicious creme catalan for pudding. We provided some other puddings too. He was extremely flexible and happy to fit in with whatever we wanted. We did all the washing up and clearing up. The whole thing was exceptionally good value and Paul was a very easy person to have around the kitchen. |
On Tapas provide the catering for a retirement
party of around 60 people. The food was
excellent, as was the service. The negotiations
in advance were friendly, helpful and efficient.
We would have no hesitation in employing
them again. |

I do not know where to begin, i had arranged a surprise party to celebrate my wife's 40th ,we had 43 guests all Black tie etc and Marquee in the garden, my one concern was how would the food be? Well i had no need for concern, Paul and his Wife provided the most amazing food and the most amazing service, i have never experienced anything like it, i cant wait to use them again.Book them and you will love it i promise.  |

Everybody loved watching the food being prepared and then tucking in and there was nothing but praise from our guests at the quality of the food. They worked discretely through the crowds in our house and garden. They definitely made my night very special and wish to thank them for a fantastic service. |
| We had a fantastic afternoon/evening. All of the Party entered into the spirit of the event and came in Spanish costume.The food was unbelievable and was served in true Spanish style. The icing on the cake was watching the Paella being cooked outside while nibbling on the chorizo, tortilla, olives, lemon chicken etc. The sun was very friendly to us but the ambience outshone it all.
